E.J. Archuleta, J.D.
EJ Archuleta started his career as an entrepreneur. After graduating from law school he founded a law firm that focused primarily on business and immigration matters. During this time he also started a software company and served as the Chief Executive Officer, leading the company growth and to a successful exit. After, he joined a large technology company based in Dallas, Texas and served as General Counsel and Chief Development Officer where he oversaw all legal and development operations of the company.
EJ’s experience in his previous roles allowed him to gain valuable hands-on experience working with both development teams and legal issues on a daily basis. His work as an attorney includes matters involving contracts, private equity transactions, intellectual property disputes, privacy, and compliance issues.
EJ combines his experience working directly with technology products and teams, his successful track record in developing and implementing legal solutions, and his extensive experience representing businesses in multiple industries to bring a well informed and passionate representation to his clients. His previous experience working directly with software teams as well as starting multiple businesses allows him to thoroughly understand the needs of his clients while providing legal solutions that help companies grow and thrive.
Roy Salvagio, J.D., CIPP/US
Roy was born and raised in New Orleans, LA and moved to Austin, TX to study engineering at the University of Texas. After obtaining his undergraduate degree from the College of Engineering at UT, Roy worked as an IT consultant at Accenture for several years before obtaining his JD at Louisiana State University. After law school, Roy returned to Texas and began his legal career in Austin.
Roy is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, is a registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent & Trademark Office, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). Roy has over a decade of experience working as outside counsel for numerous Fortune 500 companies on a wide range of technology and intellectual property matters.
Roy’s extensive technical and legal experience gives him the agility to navigate complex issues in a variety of practice areas, producing timely, high-quality deliverables for sophisticated clients.
Justin was born and raised in Orlando, FL. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law. He earned his Juris Doctor from Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Justin clerked for a prominent lawyer in the Orlando, FL area. He has a strong background in business and contract law. Currently living in the Greater Nashville area, Justin is a paralegal for the firm. There he focuses on reviewing and drafting information technology privacy policies, privacy documentation, and general business matters.
